No Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Great River Bowl & Partners Pub. Please note that all sales are final. No refunds are provided for lane reservations, game packages, or shoe rentals. Due to the perishable nature of our food and beverages, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been prepared. If there are any issues with your order, please inform us immediately, and we will work to resolve the matter. Please review our No Refund Policy below:

No Refund Policy

  1. All Sales Are Final
    All purchases, including lane reservations, game packages, shoe rentals, and food & beverage sales, are final. We do not offer refunds once a transaction has been completed.
  2. Bowling Walk-In and Lane Reservations
    Payments for open bowling, lane reservations, league bowling, and shoe rental are non-refundable. In the event of a scheduling conflict, we
    may allow a reschedule if notified at least 120 hours in advance, subject to availability.
  3. Game Packages & Time-Based Offers
    Unused games or time during a bowling session cannot be refunded or transferred to a later date. Please ensure you are ready to play at the time of your reservation or session.
  4. Mechanical Issues
    In the rare event of lane malfunctions or equipment failure, we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If we are unable to provide you with your full experience, we may offer a reschedule or credit at our discretion.
  5. Food & Beverage
    Due to the nature of our food and beverage offerings, all purchases made at Great River Bowl & Partners Pub, whether dine-in, take-out, or delivery, are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been prepared and served or picked up.
  6. Quality Assurance
    We strive to maintain the highest standards of quality and freshness in our dishes. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your meal, please inform our staff or contact us immediately at (320) 253-2910 or info@greatriverbowl.com. We will work with you to address the concern, which may include offering a replacement at our discretion.
  7. Incorrect Orders
    In the event that you receive the wrong dish or an incomplete order, please notify our staff immediately if you are dining in. For take-out or delivery orders, please contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your order, and we will correct the mistake.
  8. No Cancellations Once an Order is Placed
    Once an order has been placed and the preparation has begun, it cannot be canceled. Please review your order carefully before finalizing it.
  9. Special Requests and Allergies
    While we take great care to accommodate special requests and dietary restrictions, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any allergies or specific instructions are communicated clearly at the time of order. Great River Bowl & Partners Pub is not responsible for any allergic reactions or dietary issues that may occur due to uncommunicated restrictions.
